The Cookbook is a playful cookbook designed to help Gen Z college students eat better without overthinking it. The Cookbook was inspired by a studio conversation where 80% of people admitted they hadn’t eaten all day and it was already 4 p.m.
Surveys, interviews, and collage-based research, revealed a recurring issue: students weren’t cooking because they lacked time, resources, and simple, nutritious meal ideas. The Cookbook tackles that head-on with quick, accessible recipes backed by nutritional research and tested on real college students.
The design system is intentionally bold, vibrant, and cheeky, channeling Gen Z humor and energy through saturated colors, flirty food names, and expressive illustrations. It’s a cookbook that’s as fun to flip through as it is functional, one that reflects real student life and inspires healthier habits with a wink.
